摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method of preparing a functional fermented product using seaweeds and oyster and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a functional fermented product for fat accumulation inhibition and appetite suppression, which optimizes glutamic acid extraction yield of seaweeds and oyster by using 50-70% alcohol, and contains high concentration taurine and GABA by inoculating lactobacillus and/or yeast to the extract, and fermenting. The fermented product of the present invention prepared according to the preparation method does not contain toxicity to a human body at all, thereby being able to be taken for a long time to be an ingredient of a health functional food. The health functional food inhibits fat accumulation in cells, and has an advantage beneficial to losing weight through a dietary intake control by neural stability.</p>
