Disclosed is a multi-branch pipette for removing a reagent. The multi-branch pipette of the present invention comprises: (a) a slotted body part having a hollow structure; and (b) four or more branches branched from a lower end of the body part and respectively having a hollow structure. Each of the branches has the same height from the end thereof to a branched part in a lower end of the body part, so that the ends of the four branches come in contact with a Petri dish bottom surface when the multi-branch pipette is vertically disposed on the Petri dish bottom surface. The multi-branch pipette of the present invention may uniformly remove a reagent around a rectangular cover glass, so that chromosomes are not overlapped irrespective of skills of a researcher and accurately spread chromosome pictures having uniform qualities may be obtained.
