The present invention relates to an apparatus for storing initial setting values in a wireless individual room control system and a method thereof. Specifically, the method for storing initial setting values in a wireless individual room control system comprises: a step where, when an installer sets information about a communication channel, a registered room number, a communication ID, and a scheduled heating state via a key input unit after system installation, a control unit temporarily stores the information on a RAM; and a step of storing the initial setting information about the communication channel, the registered room number, the communication ID, and the scheduled heating state temporarily stored on the RAM on an initial setting value memory device if a period of time prescribed by a timer additionally installed on an input terminal of the control unit elapses or the installer operates a setting value memory switch additionally installed on the key input unit. Accordingly, a number of customer requests can be substantially reduced. Therefore, a decrease in work efficiency from dispatching a service worker to a site to re-set and re-register information can be prevented, and a waste of time and expenses caused by unnecessary service requests can be avoided. Additionally, customer distrust and complaints about a product can be minimized. Especially, usability and serviceability of the wireless individual room control system, and marketability of the product itself can be substantially improved.
