A context management apparatus and a method thereof are disclosed. A context management apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communications unit which obtains context information from each broadcast reception terminal of which at least one user may in use; and a control unit which manages the context information, obtained by the communications unit, as information used for providing inbound service for a prescribed broadcast reception terminal.
