The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polymer-nanocomposite, comprising: (a) a step of obtaining a nanocomposite of core-shell structure by coating silica with inorganic nanoparticle powder; (b) a step of obtaining a reformed nanostructure by reforming a surface of a silica layer which is corresponding to a shell of the nanocomposite; and (c) a step of obtaining a polymer-nanocomposite by dispersing the reformed nanocomposite to a polymer matrix. According to the present invention, an inorganic nanoparticle/silica core-shell nanostructure is evenly dispersed to the polymer matrix for excellent UV blocking. Provided is the polymer-nanocomposite with transparency and weather resistance, and applied to an uncoated material for the interior and exterior and a weathering additive for clear coating.
