<p>In the present invention, disclosed are a leached red ginseng tea and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the disclosed leached red ginseng tea is manufactured by the following steps of adding water to crushed red ginseng powders; extruding and molding the same; drying the extruded and molded red ginseng with use of hot blast; and roasting the same, thereby increasing solubility and easily leaching active ingredients of red ginseng while improving flavors.</p> |
