<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing GAF domain or UGS protein by transforming a Microcoleus species-originated cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase,adenylyl cyclase andFhlA (GAF) domain protein with a photo-receptor function and a gene for coding the protein, a Microcoleus species-originated UV/green light photoreversible sensor (UGS) protein and a gene for coding the protein, a recombinant vector including the gene, a host cell transformed into the recombinant vector, and the recombinant vector, into the host cell; the GAF domain or the UGS protein which are produced thereby; and an ultraviolet blocking cosmetic composition which includes the GAF domain or the UGS protein as an active ingredient.</p> |
