The present invention relates to a rotating device of a rotor bearing for a turbine power generator. The rotating device of a rotor bearing for a turbine power generator comprises: a rotor lifting part installed in a lower casing of a turbine power generator such that the turbine rotor of the turbine power generator can pass, and fixating and lifting the turbine rotor; and a bearing rotating part combined with a lower bearing of the turbine to be connected to the rotor lifting part, rotating the lower bearing on the lower bearing by being rotated around the turbine rotor by the rotor lifting part.
