The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders comprising active peptide derived from Chlamidomonas sp. as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders, which inhibits proliferation and transfer of stomach cancer epithelial cells infected by Helicobacter pylori by using the active peptide obtained by hydrolyzing Chlamidomonas sp. with microorganisms. The active peptide derived from Chlamidomonas sp. of the present invention inhibits cell death of macrophage which is infected with Helicobacter pylori and increases, and effectively defends host cells from Helicobacter pylori through immune activation induced by macrophage, thereby being effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food for treating and preventing various gastrointestinal disorders induced by Helicobacter pylori.
