The present invention relates to a liquid crystal composite with a microcapsule structure containing liquid crystal and anisotropic dye inside the shell, a polymer dispersed liquid crystal display film comprising the same, and a device thereof. According to the present invention, the devices provides: encapsulation of the liquid crystal and the anisotropic dye; a particle of a micro liquid crystal composite with high uniformity; low voltage operation; and a manufacture of a PDLC device with high brightness and a contrast and low-power smart film with a high contrast ratio. In addition, mechanical strength of a microcapsule shell is excellent to prevent a matrix contamination by the dye contained inside the capsule, thereby realizing an improved tone-type PDLC device. Particularly, according to the present invention, a black PDLC film can provide high transmittance and shading rate, and can be used as various shading variable films, thus applying for films with variable transmittance for transparent display containing the PDLC device for a transparent OLED, control films with variable transmittance for vehicles, smart blind, and others. |
