The present invention relates to a surgical instrument capable of complexly carrying out skin care and obesity treatment by combining a general-purpose high-frequency electrosurgical device and a CO_2 gas injector, and allowing a high-frequency surgical procedure and a CO_2 gas injection procedure to be performed at the same time, and to an operation method thereof.
