<p>The present invention relates to a side bottom structure of a vehicle body to improve both of crash worthiness and anti-corrosion performance of a side sill and a side outer portion, to increase productivity based on reduction of the number of components, and to obtain a cost saving effect based on improvement of formability of the side outer portion. The side bottom structure of a vehicle body comprises: a side sill that has a closed end face of a set outline, constitutes a side bottom of the vehicle body, and is formed to be extended in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle; a front pillar that includes one end connected to the front portion of the side sill and is formed to be extended toward a roof of the vehicle in the height direction of the vehicle; and a side outer portion that is coupled to the side sill and the front pillar and forms an exterior of the vehicle side, wherein the side sill is formed by coupling a side sill inner portion and a side sill outer portion to each other, each of the side sill inner portion and the side sill outer portion has the same cross section in the longitudinal direction, and the front end of the side sill inner portion and the front end of the side sill outer portion protrude further forward from the front face of the front pillar.</p> |
