The present invention relates to grilled sea bream with spring onion cream sauce including the roots of the spring onions produced by using a Papillote cooking method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grilled sea bream comprising a step of adding spring onion cream sauce. The grilled sea bream with the spring onion cream sauce produced by using a Papillote cooking method in the present invention means grilled sea bream including the spring onion cream sauce. Through the grilled sea bream with spring onion cream sauce produced by using a Papillote cooking method of the present invention, consumers may consume excellent nutritious components contained in the roots of the spring onions, thereby ensuring excellent functionalities and functions.
