<p>A paint composition which can provide a coating film having excellent scratch resistance, acid resistance, finished appearance and adhesion property, and a multilayer coating film-forming method using the paint composition are provided. The paint composition comprises (A) a secondary hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin; (B) a melamine resin; (C) an azole-based blocked polyisocyanate compound; (D) a phosphoric acid groupcontaining compound; and (E) an organometallic compound.</p> |
