<p>Disclosed is a method for controlling a motor protection relay. The control method of the present invention includes: a step of storing information about an operational state of a motor in instantaneous interruption when the instantaneous interruption occurs; a step of ceasing to charge a capacitor and checking a voltage level of the capacitor when the power is recovered and inputted to a motor protection relay; and a step of applying information related to the pre-instantaneous interruption operational state of the motor to the motor protection relay if the voltage level of the capacitor is higher than an instantaneous interruption set point.</p> |
