In the present invention, provided is a tire curing bladder, which is used in a process of curing tires, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the provided tire curing bladder has good physical property and improved longevity and thermal conduction, comprising a rubber matrix; at least two carbon filler layers in the rubber matrix which are formed on plate-shaped carbon filler; and a carbon nanotube which is distributed between the carbon filler layers.
