The present invention relates to an oral composition with efficacy for preventing dental decay, including at least one extract selected from a group consisting sea weed extracts, tea extracts and medicinal herb extracts, which inhibits attachment of Streptococcus mutans and synthesis of water-insoluble glucan and accordingly has a dental decay preventing efficacy to inhibit growth of microorganisms among teeth.
