<p>The present invention relates to a winding device for a topping cord of a wire to wind a topping cord rolled and pressed in a half-finished product state before the topping cord is formed in a tire manufacturing process. The winding device for a topping cord of a wire comprises: a rotating winding cell; a groove part formed in a part of the outer circumference of the winding cell along an axis line; a magnetic unit fixed on the groove part; and a non-adhesion sheet wound on the winding cell with the topping cord as a coupling joint attached to the magnetic unit is coupled to one side by a hinge rod. A plurality of uneven portions is formed on the outer circumference of the winding cell along the axis line. The coupling joint can prevent the separation of the non-adhesion sheet from the magnetic unit when the non-adhesion sheet is rotated by receiving the hinge rod in the groove part of the winding cell.</p> |
