VARIABLE COWL TOP COVER FOR VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a device for variably driving cowl top cover for a vehicle. More specifically, a cowl top cover horizontally is varied to reduce wind noise of the front side of a vehicle. Thus, the present invention enables the cowl top cover to be descended to an original position when an engine cover is operated in low-speed and is stopped using that the engine cover angular rotates when the engine cover is stopped and is accelerated. The cowl top cover is lifted to cover a wiper during high-speed driving in order to reduce the frontal wind noised in accordance with the high-speed driving.
