The present invention relates to a disassembling and assembling jig of a metering unit valve for a high pressure pump and, more specifically, to a disassembling and assembling jig of a metering unit valve for a high pressure pump capable of not only checking a flanger inside as a valve flow path upper part is simply disassembled by a valve flow path upper part disassembling part of a valve disassembling and assembling unit, but also simply assembling the upper part of a metering valve unit after exchanging the flanger in a housing. According to the present invention, the disassembling and assembling jig (1000) of a metering unit valve for a high pressure pump comprises: a valve accommodating and mounting part (1131) opened toward one lateral side to insert and mount a housing (12) of the metering unit valve for a high pressure pump at a distance away from a bottom; a valve fixing unit (1100) including a plurality of housing fixing parts (1132) formed to fix the housing around the valve accommodating and mounting part; and a valve disassembling and assembling unit (1200) including a valve flow path upper part disassembling part (1220) capable of disassembling a valve flow path upper part (13) from the housing (12) of the metering unit valve for a high pressure pump by lifting upwards as the valve flow path upper part (13) of the metering unit valve for a high pressure pump inserted into the valve accommodating and mounting part and fixed by the housing fixing part is selectively fixed and rotated while being mounted on the upper part of the valve fixing unit.
