The present invention is to provide an eva core dehumidification device for a vehicle having a ventilation hole through which the inside and the outside of an air conditioning device to naturally dry an eva core without power and the driving force of an engine and an opening and closing door to control the opening and closing of the ventilation hole. The eva core dehumidification device for a vehicle comprises: an air conditioning case having an internal eva core; a ventilation hole formed in at least one among the front and rear sides of the eva core; an opening and closing door to cover the ventilation hole; and a control part to control the opening and closing of the opening and closing door according to a plurality of preset conditions.
