The method involves arranging hollow construction blocks (1) on and beside one another. A groove (R) of the block is aligned to form two rows of grooves (L1, L2) that form a visual mark of a chute (G) and arranged at a divisible protective zone between the grooves for protecting the chute. The chute is accessed to allow passage of work elements (C). The blocks comprise transversal partition integrated to a barrier and not provided in between the grooves. The rows of grooves are spaced at a distance greater than 67 mm so as to assemble the block between the grooves. An independent claim is also included for a hollow construction block for assembling a wall with a chute of passage of elements of work, comprising grooves.
