The present invention relates to a conductive surface heating element for a substrate, capable of smoothly printing a film with a uniform surface when heating paste is printed on the support object of the substrate, improving the heating and electrical resistance properties of the surface heating element by forming the clear print surface of the heating and insulation paste, obtaining high heat and corrosion resistance in the print of the heating and insulation paste, maximizing the dispersion and mixing properties of the heating and insulation paste, and previously preventing CO2 and electromagnetic waves in a print process. A heating layer is printed on the upper side of a support layer which is a substrate made of ceramic glass and is composed of the heating paste and the insulation paste. |
