The present invention relates to a data processing apparatus and a data mapping method thereof. The data processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit for storing relational data; a mapping unit for storing mapping information for mapping a schema of a relational database in which the relational data is stored, to a node or edge of a graph database; and a control unit for converting the relational data into graph data through the mapping unit. Accordingly, data of a relational database can be easily transferred to a graph database. Also, it is possible to inquire the relational database by using query language used in a graph data model and to visualize the relational database in a graph form expressed by a node and edge. |
