The present invention relates to a detector module for a position emission tomography, which detects gamma rays by using a ring-shaped detection ring with multiple detectors radially arranged, including: a scintillator to which multiple scintillating crystal cells having a polygonal column shape are coupled in a width N X vertical M arrangement; signal movement members coupled to grooves on one side and the other side respectively to change the direction of movement of flash signals emitted from the scintillating crystal cells; reflection plates coupled to one side and the other side respectively which the scintillator and the signal movement members form; a phototransformation unit connected to one end of the signal movement member to convert the flash signals transmitted from the signal movement member into electric signals and output the signals; and a detection circuit unit electrically connected to the phototransformation unit to convert the electric signals transmitted from the phototransformation unit into data through a predetermined detection algorithm and transmits the data. |
