<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for collecting metal resources from waste oil which can extract metal contained in waste oil such as extrusion oil, crude oil, and the like discarded as designated waste and refine oil through a chemical process to produce fuel oil and recycled oil. The present invention adds a solvent to waste oil in a reaction tank device to cause a chemical reaction of metal and oil components to separate metal from a mixed solution (hereafter called first solution) of the solvent and oil. The separated metal is transported to a drying device by a discharge device using vacuum and separated as fully dried metal after drying is completed. And, the separated first solution flows through a first filter device and is transported to a solvent pyrolysis evaporation device to be heated at the temperature of about 80 degrees by the device to evaporate the solvent and then separated as a pure solvent after a condensation process to be collected into a solvent collection tank to be reused. The remaining oil is transported to a second oil pyrolysis device to be heated at an oil boiling point of the temperature of about 250 degrees by a high temperature heating device to evaporate the oil to be separated as pure recycled oil after vaporized oil undergoes a condensation process to be collected into an oil storage tank to be used as fuel oil such as hydraulic oil and auxiliary fuel oil.</p> |
