APPARATUS FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE CRACK INSPECTION

The present invention relates to a nondestructive crack inspection apparatus which inspects defect of a panel produced by a press process. The apparatus comprises: a first sensor formed to be removable to the panel, and sensing a sound signal in the audible band emitted from the panel; a second sensor formed to be removable to the panel, and sensing a sound signal in the non-audible band emitted from the panel; an amplifier unit amplifying and outputting the sound signals which the first and the second sensor receive; and a signal processing unit processing the signal outputted from the amplifier unit and sensing whether to be defective or not. After a certain sound signal is applied to an inspection object, the apparatus senses that the applied signal spreads and can decide defect of a product by the press process, and has improved inspection performance by applying a sound sensor of sensing sound in the audible band, and a sound collecting unit collecting sound and preventing noise. Also, the apparatus inspects the panel produced in a panel production line, thereby preventing a bad panel from being inputted to the posterior process lines.
