The present invention relates to an audio system for a vehicle. The objective of the present invention is to provide a new amplifier mounting type audio system for a vehicle, capable of reducing the amplifier mounting space, simplifying the mounting structure and improving amplifier mounting properties and convenience of assemblage in an application of an exterior amplifier to a vehicle. To achieve the the objective, disclosed is the amplifier docking type audio system for a vehicle, wherein a space for docking is arranged in an audio body; a docking connector is disposed on a circuit board of the audio body; an exterior amplifier is combined to the docking connector of the body in a docking type; and when the exterior amplifier is connected to the circuit board of the body, processing and outputting of an audio signal through the docked exterior amplifier can be executed. |
