The present invention relates to yeast probiotics comprising live cells of Saccharomyces sp. genus AFY-1 (KACC93155P) strains with decomposing enzyme activity for thrombus, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the probiotics comprises: a step for culturing Saccharomyces sp. genus AFY-1 (KACC93155P) strains with decomposing enzyme activity for thrombus; a step for obtaining live cells of Saccharomyces genus AFY-1 by ultrafiltration or centrifugation of the obtained culture medium after the culture; a step for forming microcapsule by adding a cryoprotectant and a microencapsulation coating agent to the live cells, and mixing and homogenizing the same; and a step for freeze-drying the microcapsule.
