The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretchable electrode which has excellent flexibility, stretchability and electrical conductivity and is capable of suppressing increase of the electrical resistance when stretched and the occurrence of variation in the electrical resistance during repeated stretching and contracting. A stretchable electrode according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a base that is formed of an elastomer composition and an electrode main body that is integrated with the base, and is also characterized in that the electrode main body is formed using multi-walled carbon nanotubes having a fiber length of 50 μm or more.
