WIRE-CUT MACHINE FOR ALLOY SOLDER TAB

A wire-cut machine for an alloy solder tab, comprising a machine frame, a controller, a saw blade-supporting and -clamping mechanism, a tooth-dialing apparatus, and a wire-cut three-dimensional processing apparatus. The saw blade-supporting and -clamping mechanism supports and clamps a saw blade. The tooth-dialing apparatus dials the teeth of the saw blade supported by the saw blade-supporting and -clamping mechanism. The wire-cut three-dimensional processing apparatus comprises a wire-cut processing mechanism and a wire-cut driver component driving the wire-cut processing apparatus to move in the up-and-down directions and left-and-right directions of the machine frame to be in proximity to the saw blade on the saw blade-supporting and -clamping mechanism. The wire-cut processing mechanism is provided with a turret, a cutter part for processing the alloy solder tab, and a first rotation driver. The turret is capable of rotating along a pivoting centerline arranged in the frontward-and-rearward directions of the machine frame. The cutter part is assembled onto the turret in the up-and-down directions of the machine frame. By driving the turret into rotation, the first rotation driver allows the cutter part to be matched with the alloy solder tab on the sawing teeth of the saw blade, thus allowing for automated electric-discharge processing of the alloy solder tab on the saw teeth of the saw blade.
