The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nanofiber membrane, comprising the processes of: (i) manufacturing a polymer solution in which a polyacrylonitrile and a polyacrylic acid are dissolved in a solvent; (ii) irradiating and reacting an electron beam into the polymer solution and manufacturing a radiation solution; and (iii) irradiating the radiation solution and manufacturing the nanofiber membrane. Compared to a conventional manufacturing method of a hybrid transparent film or a conductive nanofiber membrane, the present invention saves manufacturing costs and energy, and also simplifies a manufacturing process. The nanofiber membrane manufactured by the present invention has superior transparency and flexibility, and, at the same time, is not dissolved in a high-concentration of acid solution and alkali solution and also has excellent heat resistance. Accordingly, the nanofiber membrane manufactured thereby is useful for electronic materials, such as a solar cell, an OLED, a transistor, a display, a bio sensor, a gas sensor, etc., or for functional clothes material. |
