The present invention relates to a method to evaluate a radiation dosage and a radiation dosage history management system. The present invention provides a program calculating a CT dosage through a factor drawn to evaluate an effective dosage and a CT dosage evaluation method, and suggests a method to evaluate an effective dosage; thereby accurately knowing a radiation dosage for which a patient receives as well as easily calculating the CT dosage by a user.
