<p>A method for manufacturing perilla oil comprises: a washing step of removing foreign substances, stones, and impurities by washing perilla with water twice or more; a dehydrating step of removing water by putting and dehydrating the washed perilla in a grain dehydrator; a drying step of putting and drying the dehydrated perilla in a dryer at -18 to 30°C to have a water content of less than 10%; a stripping step of putting the dried perilla in a stripper and stripping a husk; an oil pressing step of putting the stripped perilla in an oil press and compressing and pressing oil by maintaining a temperature of 15 to 30°C; a filtering step of obtaining refined perilla oil by filtering the pressed oil with a filter or a filtering net having 120 mesh or more; a storing step of depositing the filtered perilla oil for 24 hours or more and storing the perilla oil; and a packaging step of packing the stored perilla oil by a certain amount. The effect of the present invention is to shorten the time of a drying process by drying with cold air for a short period of time by passing through a drying step so that a drying and sterilizing process can be carried out with cold air and ultraviolet rays. Moreover, the present invention is capable of preventing decay or spoilage, which may occur from perilla, in advance when the humidity is high like in summer and manufacturing hygienic perilla oil by exterminating microbacteria, which have not been removed, by washing.</p> |
