PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wire from being damaged.SOLUTION: A connector 10 provided at a terminal of an electric wire W and fitted to a case C of equipment includes: a synthetic resin housing 30 from which the electric wire W is led out backward; a metal shield bracket 50 fixed to the case C in a state that an electric wire lead-out part 32 of the housing 30 is covered with the bracket 50 and the electric wire W is led out backward from a rear end opening 51A; a rubber plug 24 which is housed in a cavity 37 provided in the housing 30 and seals between an inner peripheral surface of the cavity 37 and the electric wire W; a synthetic resin back retainer 40 which is worn by the wire lead-out part 32 of the housing 30 in such a way that it is arranged in a cylindrical part 51 of the shield bracket 50 in a state that the electric wire W is supported so as to prevent the rubber plug 24 from coming off; and an electric wire protection part 46 which is integrally provided at a position away from the electric wire W in the back retainer 40 and protrudes backward from the rear end opening 51A of the shield bracket 50. |
