PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds useful as inhibitors of PI3K, particularly of PI3Kγ.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of PI3K, particularly of PI3Kγ. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the compounds, and methods of using the compositions in treatment of various disease, conditions, or disorders. A composition may comprise a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle, and may further include a therapeutic agent such as an agent for treating multiple sclerosis, an anti-inflammatory agent, an immunomodulatory agent, or an immunosuppressive agent. |
