PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation system of a culture medium which can aim at the effective use of carbon dioxide considered to be a greenhouse gas while being extremely simple and capable of reducing the cost, and further can reduce the number of microorganisms contained in a culture medium to a value acceptable for food vendor or less.SOLUTION: A heater 10 which heats a culture medium, and a condenser 11 which cools the culture medium heated by the heater 10 are equipped, and the condenser 11 solidifies liquid carbon dioxide into dry ice by adiabatic expansion to cool the culture medium. |
