If there are K or more routes included in a first area or a second area in which the departure points or destination points are distant from each other by thL1 or longer and positions on the routes are distant from each other by thL2 or shorter, a determination unit 14 determines a position included in the first area or the second area, of each route as a start point or an end point. An output unit 16 outputs time-series point data L from start points to end points on the trip data TD, as secret trip data ATD. |
