Each of a plurality of watchers within a call center is programmed with one or more criteria selected from the identified criteria. Call recordings are generated from calls within the call center. The criteria from one or more of the watchers are applied to each of the call recordings. Those call recordings that satisfy the applied criteria are retained within the call center. |

a criteria identification module to identify criteria for retaining call recordings; a programming module to program each of a plurality of watchers within a call center with one or more criteria selected from the identified criteria; a recording module to generate call recordings from calls within the call center; a criteria application module to apply the criteria from one or more of the watchers to each of the call recordings; and a call retaining module to retain within the call center those call recordings that satisfy the applied criteria. |
