Disclosed is a regional power grid intelligent device time analyser, comprising an analysis main control module, and an Ethernet module with an IEEE1588 time synchronization function, an electric Ethernet module, an input and output module for an IRIG-B and pulse clock in the form of light and electrical BNC signal, a satellite signal receiving module and a portable clock module which are connected thereto. The regional power grid intelligent device time analyser in the present invention supports time synchronization accuracy index analysis and assessment and IEEE1588 consistency test, can provide a convenient intelligent device time synchronization index test instrument, can effectively overcome a series of difficult problems such as a lack of intelligent device time accuracy indexes and IEEE1588 production test means in a regional power grid and an intelligent substation currently, abnormality test not being able to be effectively performed, a narrow test coverage and error locating difficulties in test, and is applicable to intelligent devices relevant to the regional power grid and intelligent substation such as a combiner, an intelligent terminal, a switch supporting IEEE1588, a clock source device, and a protection control device, and has important practical value.
