PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an optional and definite design on a design panel which can perform self-illumination (inner illumination) independently (without power feeding from outside) by using a solar battery.SOLUTION: A design panel does not serve as a solar battery, a design panel part 111 and a solar battery panel part 121 are produced individually, and they are overlapped so that they serve as a front surface and rear surface respectively and are integrated, without simple connection. Then, the overlapped object is disposed on a window side for example, the solar battery panel part 121 is on the window side, and the design panel part 111 is on an inside of room side, the design panel part is used as a shield representing commendation, or medal. Therefore, the design panel part 111 can have an optional and definite design, and the solar battery panel part 121 is used as it is, and it is also possible to change (exchange) only the design panel part 111. In addition, various states of use modes according to request from a designer and an advertiser are achieved, and it is used for novel application. |
