The present invention relates to white polyester reflective film and a manufacturing method thereof where cyclic organic particles which are incompatible with polyester resin among raw resin compositions include cyclic organic particles with white inorganic particles, which are used as nucleic and generate porosities, thereby increasing reflective efficiency compared with existing cyclic organic particles and leading to optical property while increasing fracture toughness by decreasing volume and density with use of connection of organic and inorganic particles when films include the organic and inorganic particles, thereby minimizing the frequency fracture toughness in a process of a biaxially oriented nylon film, and a manufacturing method thereof.
