<p>The present invention relates to a large-sized soup pot for business use in which: a flame heating space is formed between an inner pot and an outer pot of a pot body; the inner pot is directly heated by flame in the flame heating space to heat a large amount of food such as soup; exhaust gas is discharged through an exhaust hole formed at one side of the outer pot; the pot body can rotate to be partially inverted thereby allowing its contents to be poured out thereof at once; and food to be cooked in the inner pot of the rotatable soup pot body is heated and cooked at a constant temperature. More specifically, the soup pot comprises: a passage hole which is formed at one side wall of the inner pot; a sensor mounted tube which is attached to the passage hole to be connected via the same; a temperature detection sensor which is coupled to a rear end portion of the sensor mounted tube and protrudes from a hollow portion of the sensor mounted tube in the passage hole direction so as to detect a temperature of food; a first heating tube which passes through the outer pot to be attached to an outer wall of the inner pot and has a cover plate; a second heating tube which is installed inside a hollow portion of the first heating tube and attached to the outer wall of the inner pot; an insulating material which is filled in a space portion between the first heating tube and the second heating tube and covered with a blocking plate; and a cooling space portion which is disposed between the second heating tube and the sensor mounted tube, wherein a ventilation hole through which external air flows in and out is formed at one side of the first heating tube.</p> |
