PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video projection device or the like allowing easy replacement of a light source even with a configuration in which a cooling mechanism and the light source are disposed in separate housings.SOLUTION: A housing 111 for storing at least a part of a light source 10 has an opening H11 for exposing another part of the light source 10 to the outside of the housing 111. Housing 111 and housing 121 have holes H5a and H5b as connection configurations for selectively causing a connection state or a non-connection state, respectively. The non-connection state means the state in which the housing 111 is not connected to the housing 121. The light source 10 is detachable from a video projection device 100 via the opening H11 in the non-connection state. |
