PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for gate voltage, capable of preventing a threshold voltage of a switching element from dropping during stopping of an apparatus.SOLUTION: The control method for gate voltage, controlling a gate voltage Vg to be applied to a switching element 3 whose threshold voltage drops when a gate voltage of negative polarity is applied, includes a switch 25 for stopping which stops a short-circuit of terminals of both ends applying a gate voltage Vg while a circuit including the switching element stops. |
