PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sequentially display information of customers in descending order of the necessity for a user (service provider, e.g., operator or serviceperson of sales company) to see according to a situation, to thereby securely provide displays with high user-experience.SOLUTION: In a device management server 101, operational information collected from image forming apparatuses 102 installed in plural base networks is separately managed by each tenant-specific device information storage unit 402 for which a different access right is set. A representative data conversion unit 403 tallies by customers some of the operational information of plural tenants separately managed securely, hides or excludes some of the tallied operational information, and manages the information in a storage unit 404. A display priority determination unit 407 and a display information sending unit 408 provide the operational information managed by the device management server 101 to the user, giving priority to the information of the customers with a higher degree of attention and the customers indicating an abnormal tallied value. |
