PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction system capable of flexibly proposing conditions for a transaction between a purchaser and a seller so as to perform the transaction in consideration of elements other than the cost.SOLUTION: The negotiation and transaction system comprises a purchaser terminal 3, a plurality of seller terminals 4, and a mediation server 1 connected through a network. The mediation server 1 includes: input means for accepting an input of desired commodity information from the purchaser terminal 3; notification means for notifying the seller terminals of the fact that an input is performed by the input means; and negotiation means for causing negotiation to be performed between the purchaser terminal 3 which has used the notification means and the seller terminal 4 which has received the notification. |
