<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption of a light-emitting display device by reducing a parasitic capacitance between wirings in a drive circuit section in a peripheral region.SOLUTION: A light-emitting display device comprises: an insulating film arranged on a substrate; a first wiring arranged on the insulating film in a pixel region; a second wiring arranged on the insulating film in a peripheral region; a common electrode arranged continuously across the pixel region and the peripheral region; a first insulating layer arranged between the first wiring and the common electrode; and a second insulating layer arranged between the second wiring and the common electrode, and being thicker than the first insulating layer. The common electrode is arranged so as to be overlapped with a drive circuit arranged in the peripheral region. The first insulating layer has a first insulating film, and a second insulating film arranged on the first insulating film. The second insulating layer has a third insulating film, and a fourth insulating film arranged on the third insulating film. The fourth insulating film is thicker than the second insulating film.</p> |
