PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve or light-emitting device structure having a further simple configuration and being fittable to a baloon, or luminescent balloon with high visual effects. ! SOLUTION: The light-emitting device structure includes: a hollow cylindrical support body; a light-emitting device storage part that is fitted to a tip opening part of the support body and storing a plurality of LEDs as light-emitting devices; prescribed number of wiring cords that pass through the inside of the support body and have tip ends connected to the light-emitting elements; and a power switch to which rear ends of the wiring cords are connected. The luminescent balloon is formed by inserting the light-emitting device structure into a gas injection port and binding the gas injection port to the support body stored therein. !
