<p>Provided are a polarizing plate protective film which is formed by laminating, on a support, at least two layers made of low moisture permeability layer and urethane acrylate and is excellent in interlayer adhesion and tolerance to lack of uniformity caused by wind, polarizing plate, and an image display device. For example, the polarizing plate protective film comprises: a first functional layer formed of a fluoroaliphatic group-containing co-polymer represented by the following (a) and a composition containing the following A-DCP on the support; and a second functional layer formed of composition containing urethane acrylate to be in contact with the first functional layer. The content of (a) is 0.005-1wt% for the total solids of the composition for forming the first functional layer.</p> |
